As the output shaft of the gear unit is delivered with keyway and feather key (without belt pulley), other types of transmission such as gear rack or chain can be implemented as an alternative to the toothed belt solution. A separate motor connection cable is available. This allows the distance between door controller and geared motor to be established in accordance with the respective application. The SIDOOR Advanced drives are divided into the performance classes MDG3 up to 180 kg, MDG4 up to 400 kg, and MDG5 up to 700 kg. There are also the SIDOOR Basic drives M3/M4/M5. A wide selection of geared motors ensures that there is always a left and right geared motor version available. All necessary mechanical components such as guide pulleys, mounting brackets, door clutch holders, and toothed belts are available accordingly as accessories for doors with toothed belt transmission. A belt pulley or gear wheel, for which the diameter may vary between 28 mm and 122 mm depending on the respective requirement, can be fashioned by the user and fitted on the gear shaft. For a standard solution with toothed belt transmission, the product range includes a suitable belt pulley. As replacement for 6FB1103-0AT13-4MB0 SIDOOR MDG180 R, additionally the 6FB1104-0AT10-0AS1 SIDOOR MDG-PULLEY 10-S8M-56 and a new SIDOOR MDG-CABLE is required.
